- le client doit vérifier la conformité et l’état des articles livrés au moment de la livraison et avant de signer le bon de livraison du transporteur • cette vérification est considérée comme effectuée dès lors que le client ou une personne autorisée par ce dernier a signé le bon de livraison. si au moment de la réception, le client constate une anomalie sur l’emballage, que celui-ci est déchiré ou endommagé, il doit vérifier l’état des produits
- si ces derniers sont endommagés le client doit refuser la livraison et indiquer sur le bordereau « colis refusé car ouvert ou endommagé »
- les informations qui sont demandées au client sont nécessaires au traitement de sa commande et pourront être communiquées aux partenaires contractuels de la société NICK GAB & SONS intervenant dans le cadre de l’exécution de cette commande
TAXES
in the event of delivery apart from Metropolitan France, administrative expenses and/or of customs can be applied by the transporter. All orders are shipped on a DDP (duty and tax paid) basis. Therefore, all necessary taxes and import duties are included in the final purchase price. There is no customs duty on delivery of the order
